If your order is being delivered within Australia, you may be able to arrange a redirection by contacting Australia Post directly through the Australia Post app.
For international deliveries, once your order is on its way you’ll receive an SMS or email from DHL with a link to their On Demand Delivery service. This allows you to update your delivery address or request a redirection.
