Online Orders

• Returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase.

• A $20 return label and restocking fee applies to all refunds.

• Store credits and instant exchanges are free for all customers.

• To lodge your return, visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.

• Once your return is received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Please note: Refunds can take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Click & Collect Orders

For Click & Collect orders, customers may choose:

• A refund

• Store credit (recommended if you’d like to exchange your item)

Alternatively, you can visit our Norwood Store at, 66 The Parade, Norwood to exchange items in person.

Important: Returns for Click & Collect orders must be posted back to us. 

Returns cannot be accepted at the Adelaide Warehouse.
