Online Orders
Returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase. 

• A $20 label and restocking fee applies to all refunds. 
• Store Credits & Instant Exchanges are free for all customers. 
• To lodge your return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.

Once your return is received by our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed. 

Note: Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Click & Collect Orders
For "Click & Collect" orders, customers have the option to choose between:

• A refund
• Or store credit (recommended if you'd like to exchange your item)

Alternatively, you can visit our store at 66 The Parade, Norwood where you will be able to exchange items. 

Note: Returns for Click & Collect orders must be posted back to us. Returns cannot be accepted at the Adelaide Warehouse.
