Our Returns Policy was updated on the 15th of July 2026
Eligible online order from Australia, New Zealand and the United States can be returned through our Returns Portal for a refund, FREE Instant Exchange or, 25% Bonus ORTC Store Credit, depending on when the return is lodged.
Refunds - Within 7 Days of Delivery
Refunds requests must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.
Please note:
- A return label and handling fee applies.
- The applicable fee will be displayed through our Returns Portal
- Final Sale items are not eligible for refund.
- Original shipping charges, Duties/Taxes and Shipping Protection are non-refundable.
Once your return has arrived and been processed, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3 - 5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
FREE Instant Exchanges - Within 14 Days of Delivery
Eligible returns lodged within 14 days of delivery can be exchanges free of charge.
Our Instant Exchange option allows your replacement item to be dispatched before your original item has arrvied back at our warehouse.
You can exchange for
- Another size
- Another colour, subject to availabilty
- Another eligible ORTC product
Final Sale items remain eligible for Bonus Store Credit.
25% Bonus Store Credit - Within 14 Days of Delivery
Eligible returns lodged within 14 days of delivery can also be returned for ORTC Store Credit, free of charge.
When you select Bonus Store Credit, you'll receive an additional 25% of your return value to spend on another ORTC purchase.
Final Sale items remain eligible for Bonus Store Credit.
Click & Collection Orders
Click & Collect orders remain eligible for a refund, Instant Exchange or Bonus Store Credit within the applicable return timeframe.
As Click & Collect orders do not have a shipping address attached, please contact our Customer Care team before lodging your return online so we can assist with the appropriate return instructions.
