If you birthday is more than 30 days away from the time you set your birth date in your Loyalty Account, your bonus birthday points will be added to your account on your upcoming birthday.

If your birthday is less than 30 days from when you have set this, there is a waiting period before you can access your birthday rewards. This waiting period is set at 30 days from the date you set your birthday. It's essentially a brief period where we verify your account and ensure everything is in order before the points are provided.
