Changing Your Delivery AddressUpdated a day ago

If you need to update your delivery address, the options available will depend on whether your order has already been dispatched.



Before Your Order Has Been Dispatched

Need to update your delivery address?

For the first 60 minutes after placing your order, you can edit your delivery address (along with other order details) yourself using the Edit Order button in your order confirmation email.

After 60 minutes, your order begins progressing through our fulfilment process. If you need to make any further changes, please contact our Customer Care teamas soon as possible.

While we'll always do our best to help, we can't guarantee address changes can be made once your order has entered warehouse processing or has been dispatched.



After Your Order Has Been Dispatched

Once your order has been dispatched, we're generally unable to change the delivery address from our end.

Depending on your location and the courier handling your parcel, you may be able to arrange a redirection directly with the courier.



Australia

If your order is being delivered within Australia, you may be able to request a redirection through the Australia Post app or by contacting Australia Post directly.

Please note that redirection requests are subject to Australia Post's policies and may not be available for every parcel.



International Orders

For international deliveries, available address changes will depend on the courier handling your parcel.

Where available, you'll receive an email or SMS from the shipping carrier with options to manage your delivery, including requesting a redirection or updating your delivery preferences.

If these options aren't available, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number to discuss the available delivery options.
