Collection is available during our warehouse opening hours.
Monday to Friday: 7am - 3pm
When Will My Order Be Ready?
You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Please wait until you've received this notification before visiting the warehouse, as your order may still be processing.
What Do I Need to Bring?
When collecting your order, please have your order confirmation or collection email available.
If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, they may be asked to provide the order details.
Can Someone Else Collect My Order?
Yes. If someone is collecting your order for you, please ensure they have your order confirmation details.
Can I Return or Exchange My Click & Collect Order?
Yes. Click & Collect orders follow the same return policy as online orders.
You can:
- Lodge a return through our online returns portal, or
- Visit our Norwood Retail Store for an exchange or store credit (subject to our Returns Policy).
Please note that our warehouse is a collection point only and is unable to process returns or exchanges.
How Long Will My Order Be Held?
We'll hold your Click & Collect order for 14 days after you've been notified that it's ready for collection.
If you're unable to collect your order within this time, please contact our Customer Care team. We'll always do our best to help and discuss the available options with you.
