We aim to dispatch all orders from our Adelaide (SA) warehouse as quickly as possible.
During standard trading periods, most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Please note: Dispatch timeframes exclude weekends and South Australian public holidays.
During Promotional Periods
During promotional events, warehouse sales and major collection launches, dispatch may take a little longer than usual due to increased order volumes.
Current dispatch timeframes will always be communicated via our website announcement bar, checkout or marketing communications where applicable.
Our warehouse team works hard to dispatch every order as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to begin updating, as couriers may take a short time to scan parcels into their network.
Does Express Shipping mean my order will be dispatched sooner?
Not necessarily.
Express Shipping prioritises the shipping service used once your order has been dispatched. It doesn't guarantee priority processing or same-day dispatch.
During busy periods, both Standard and Express orders may experience slightly longer dispatch times before leaving our warehouse.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
If you haven't yet received a shipping confirmation email, your order is likely still being processed by our warehouse.
Dispatch timeframes can vary during promotional periods, public holidays and major product launches due to increased order volumes.
If your order has been processing longer than the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase, please contact our Customer Care team and we'll be happy to investigate.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
If you have an ORTC account, you can also log in to view your order status at any time.
My order contains a pre-order item
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be dispatched once the pre-order item arrives.
The estimated dispatch timeframe is displayed on the relevant product page before purchase.
If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing pre-order items in a separate order.
