We aim to dispatch all orders from our Adelaide (SA) warehouse within 24 business hours of your order being placed. Dispatch timeframes exclude weekends, public holidays, and promotional/sale periods, where processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volume.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow 12–24 hours for tracking to begin showing updates, as carriers may take a short time to scan parcels into their network.

Carriers

Australian deliveries are shipped via Australia Post or Team Global Express, depending on your location and the most suitable service.

Standard Shipping

• $6 for all orders, or free on orders over $150

• Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–6 business days

Express Shipping

• $12 for all orders

• Estimated delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days
