Online Orders
Returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee applies to all domestic refunds to cover the cost of shipping labels. To lodge your return, please head to our Returns Portal and follow the prompts to return the items to us.
Once your products(s) are received back to our warehouse and are processed, your refund will be issued. You can then expect the reimbursement to reach your account within 3-5 business days.
The restocking fee does not apply to a store credit.
Shop & Collect returns
For "Shop & Collect" orders, customers have the option to choose between a refund or store credit. If you wish to exchange your item, please select the store credit option, as this will allow you to make a new purchase for the preferred item. Alternatively, you can visit our store at 66 The Parade, Norwood.
All returns for Shop & Collect orders must be processed via Australia Post. Please do not bring your return into the Adelaide Warehouse.
