For international orders duties and taxes are collected at checkout. This means the total amount paid at checkout includes these charges, helping to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery process.

Please note that because duties and taxes are collected upfront, refunds apply to the product value only. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Germany Deliveries
Orders shipped to Germany are sent as Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties or taxes incurred upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier before the package can be delivered.
