If you believe you've received an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist.

To help us assess your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, including the fault (where applicable)

Our team will carefully review the information provided and work with you to determine the most appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • A refund
