Our FREE Instant Exchange service is the fastest way to receive your replacement. Available for eligible orders in Australia, New Zealand and the United States, your replacement item is dispatched before your original item has been returned, so you don't have to wait.
Instant Exchanges are available for eligible returns lodged within 14 days from delivery.
What can I exchange for?
With an Instant Exchange, you can choose:
- A different size
- A different colour (subject to availability)
- Another eligible ORTC product by applying the value of your return.

Why do I need to enter my payment details?
To enable us to dispatch your replacement immediately, we'll securey hold your payment details as a safeguard until your original item is returned.
A temporary $1 authorisation may appear your account. This is not a charge and will automatically disappear.
If your original item is not returned within 14 days, your payment method will be charged for the replacement item.
