Received an ORTC item as a gift?

Our Gift Returns Portal makes it easy to exchange your gift or choose something different.

To get started, you'll need the order number and email address from the original order. These details can usually be found on the packing slip included with your gift.

Through the Gift Returns Portal, you can:

• Exchange for another size.
• Exchange for another eligible ORTC product.
• Return your gift to an ORTC Gift Card to use on a future purchase.

Once your return has been received and processed, we'll arrange your exchange or issue your ORTC Gift Card via email.

Don't Have the Order Information?

No problem.

Simply select "Don't have your order information?" from the Gift Returns Portal and follow the prompts.

Our Customer Care team will be in touch to help locate the original order and provide the information needed to complete your return

Good to Know

• Gift returns are subject to our standard Return Eligibility requirements.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method and therefore aren't available through the Gift Returns Portal.
• ORTC Gift Cards can be used on any future ORTC purchase.
