I need to update my delivery address but my order has already shipped — what can I do?Updated 18 days ago

If your order is being shipped within Australia, you can arrange a redirection by contacting Australia Post directly through the Australia Post app.

For international deliveries, once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an SMS or email from DHL with a link to their On Demand service—where you can update your delivery address or arrange redirection.
