Whether you purchased your item in-store or collected it from our Edwardstown Click & Collect location, we've made returning your order simple.

In-Store Purchases

If you purchased your item from an ORTC retail store, you can return it to our Norwood store within the applicable return period.

Eligible returns can be processed as:

• Refund (within 7 days of delivery/purchase)
• FREE Instant Exchange (where available)
• 25% Bonus Store Credit

Please bring:

• Your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• Your item in its original condition with all original tags attached

Online Orders

Online purchases can also be returned at our Norwood store.

Simply bring your order confirmation together with the item in its original condition and with all original tags attached.

Our retail team will assist you with your eligible return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Click & Collect Orders

Collected your order from our Edwardstown Click & Collect location?

Please note that our Edwardstown location is a warehouse and Click & Collect facility only and is unable to process returns or exchanges.

To return your Click & Collect order, you have two options:

1. Visit Our Norwood Store

2. Lodge Your Return Online

As Click & Collect orders do not have a shipping address attached, please contact our Customer Care team before lodging your return so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
