We offer Instant Exchanges for all Australia & New Zealand orders. Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for international orders outside of these regions.

What is an Instant Exchange?

With an instant exchange, your replacement items are shipped out before we receive your return. This allows you to get your new items faster, without waiting for your return to be processed first.

How It Works

1. When requesting an instant exchange, you’ll be asked to enter your payment details. These details are securely held on file as a safeguard.

2. A temporary $1 authorisation will appear on your account. This is not a charge and will be automatically released once your return is received.

3. If your return isn’t received within 14 days, we will charge your card for the cost of the replacement items sent out.
