We offer both Standard Exchanges & Instant Exchanges for all domestic orders. The difference between these is outlined below.
Standard Exchanges
When you lodge a standard exchange, your requested items will be placed on hold while we wait for your return to arrive at our warehouse.
- Once your returned items have been received and processed by our warehouse team, your new items will be shipped.
- If any of the items you've requested are out of stock at the time of processing, you’ll receive a full refund instead.
Instant Exchanges
With an instant exchange, your new items are shipped out before we receive your return. This means you can get your replacement items faster — no need to wait for us to process your return first.
How it works:
- To ensure a smooth process, you’ll be asked to enter your payment details when you request the exchange. These details are securely held on file as a safeguard.
- A temporary $1 authorisation will appear on your account. This is not a charge and will be automatically released once your return is received.
- If your return isn’t received within 14 days, we’ll charge your card for the cost of the new items sent out.
