ORTC offers Instant Exchanges for all domestic orders. Unfortunately exchanges aren't available to our international customers. 

Instant Exchanges

With an instant exchange, your new items are shipped out before we receive your return. This means you can get your replacement items faster — no need to wait for us to process your return first.

How it works:

• To ensure a smooth process, you’ll be asked to enter your payment details when you request the exchange. These details are securely held on file as a safeguard.
• A temporary $1 authorisation will appear on your account. This is not a charge and will be automatically released once your return is received.
• If your return isn’t received within 14 days, we’ll charge your card for the cost of the new items sent out.
