If you wish to return or exchange an item in-store, please ensure you have:
A purchase receipt, and it is within the 14 day return window
An online order number if the item was purchased online

Refunds:
Refunds can only be processed onto the original card/method used for the purchase.
If this is not possible, the refund will be issued onto an ORTC gift card.
Please note: Clearance products cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.
