If you're returning an order from outside Australia, New Zealand or the United States, we're here to help.

Eligible international returns can be lodged through our Returns Portal within the applicable return period.

Depending on when your return is lodged, you may be eligible for:

  • Refund (within 7 days of delivery)
  • 25% Bonus Store Credit (within 14 days of delivery)

Instant Exchanges are currently only available for customers in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.



Return Shipping

International customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as ORTC cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes and Shipping Protection are non-refundable.



Can't Generate a Return Label?

Prepaid return labels aren't currently available in every country.

If a label isn't available through our Returns Portal, don't worry.

Simply contact our Customer Care team and we'll provide the correct return instructions and warehouse address so you can arrange your own tracked return postage.



Processing Times

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow approximately 1–2 business days for it to be processed.

If you've selected a refund, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to process the payment.

If you've selected Bonus Store Credit, your credit will be emailed to you once your return has been processed.
