Which Courier Will Deliver My Order?
The courier used will depend on your destination and the shipping option you select during checkout.
New Zealand
NZ Standard: 5–8 business days after dispatch— $10 NZD or FREE over $150 NZD
NZ Express: 3–5 business days after dispatch — $15 NZD
UPS Express: 1–3 business days after dispatch — $20 NZD
NZ Standard and NZ Express orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your parcel arrives in the United States and clears customs, it will be handed over to USPS for final delivery.
UPS Express is shipped directly with UPS

United States
US Standard: 5–89business days after dispatch— $10 USD or FREE over $150 USD
US Express: 3–6 business days after dispatch — $15 USD
UPS Express: 2–4 business days after dispatch — $20 USD
US Standard and US Express orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your parcel arrives in the United States and clears customs, it will be handed over to USPS for final delivery.

Rest of World
International Express: 4–5 business days after dispatch — $20 USD or $30 AUD
Orders outside Australia, New Zealand and the United States are shipped via DHL or UPS, depending on your destination.
The most suitable courier will be automatically selected for your location, and your tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties
International destinations require duties or taxes to be paid on imported goods.
Duties and taxes are collected during checkout and included in your order total.
For destinations where duties and taxes aren't collected at checkout, any applicable import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delays to International Deliveries
International deliveries may occasionally take longer than expected due to:

If your parcel appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend lodging an enquiry directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. As they have direct access to your parcel's journey, they can often provide the quickest update.
