Customs & Duties

For destinations where duties and taxes aren't collected at checkout, any applicable import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

For more information, please refer to our Duties & Taxes article.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes vary depending on your destination and the shipping service selected.

You can view the latest shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes in our Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes article.

Delays to International Deliveries

International deliveries may occasionally take longer than expected due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Courier network delays
  • Public holidays within the destination country

If your parcel appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend lodging an enquiry directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. As they have direct access to your parcel's journey, they can often provide the quickest update.

If you're unable to resolve the issue or require further assistance, please contact our Customer Care team. We'll be happy to assist and liaise with the courier where appropriate.
