If your order was returned to sender, it was likely caused by a few issues, from mail-forwarding, a typo in your shipping address, or even damage to the shipping label, which can make a parcel undeliverable. These orders eventually make their way back to our warehouse and we will reach out to ask for your preference of a refund or for the order to be re-sent.
