My order is being returned to sender, what happens now?Updated 8 months ago

If your order was returned to sender, it was likely caused by a few issues, from mail-forwarding, a typo in your shipping address, or even damage to the shipping label, which can make a parcel undeliverable. These orders eventually make their way back to our warehouse and we will reach out to ask for your preference of a refund or for the order to be re-sent. If you notice your order is being returned to sender before it reaches our warehouse, please reach out to the customer service team with your order number as soon as you can.
