My order is being returned to sender, what happens now?Updated 3 months ago

If your order was returned to sender, it was likely caused by a few issues, from mail-forwarding, a typo in your shipping address, or even damage to the shipping label, which can make a parcel undeliverable. These orders eventually make their way back to our warehouse and we will reach out to ask for your preference of a refund or for the order to be re-sent. 

If you notice your order is being returned to sender before it reaches our warehouse, please reach out to the customer service team with your order number as soon possible.
