If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, please don’t stress — delays can occur while your parcel is moving between facilities or clearing customs.
Australian (Domestic) Orders:
Tracking with Australia Post can sometimes pause while your parcel is in transit between sorting facilities or travelling across states.
If there has been no movement for more than 48 hours, feel free to contact us via Live Chat or Email, and we’ll follow up with Australia Post on your behalf.
International Orders:
International tracking may temporarily pause while your parcel is being processed through customs or transferred to a local courier (such as USPS in the United States or NZ Post in New Zealand).
Orders shipped with DHL may also show limited tracking updates while in transit.
