A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it arrives at our warehouse. As a growing business, we occasionally make selected products available for pre-order so you don't miss out on popular styles before they arrive.
The estimated dispatch timeframe for each pre-order item is clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.
How Do I Know If I've Purchased a Pre-Order Item?
Pre-order items are clearly labelled on the product page and will display an estimated dispatch timeframe before you add them to your cart.
We recommend checking this information before placing your order, particularly if you're purchasing multiple items.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched once your pre-order item arrives at our warehouse and has been processed for dispatch.
Please note that the estimated dispatch date refers to when your order is expected to leave our warehouse, not when it will be delivered.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
I've Ordered In-Stock and Pre-Order Items Together
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped together once all items are available.
To minimise packaging waste and shipping costs, we don't split ship orders.
If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
Can I Split My Order?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to split ship orders that contain pre-order items.
All items within the order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item becomes available.
What If My Pre-Order Is Delayed?
While we always aim to dispatch pre-orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional supplier or freight delays can occur.
If your order extends beyond the estimated dispatch timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team.
We'll review your order and discuss the available options with you.
Can I Cancel My Pre-Order?
If your pre-order hasn't yet been dispatched, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
We'll review your request and advise what options are available based on the status of your order.
