Ready to use your Reward Points?
Redeeming your points is easy. Once you've earned enough Reward Points, they can be converted into a discount and applied to eligible ORTC products during checkout.
Simply log in to your ORTC account here and choose your reward and apply it at checkout.
Where do I redeem my Reward Points?
Reward Points can be redeemed directly from your Rewards Dashboard or during checkout on eligible purchases.
Your available rewards will automatically appear once you've earned enough points.
Can I combine Reward Points with other discounts?
Reward Points are converted into a product discount and are designed to work alongside eligible shipping, product and order discounts where applicable.
Please note that some products and promotions are excluded from Reward discounts. This doesn't necessarily mean your Reward Points can't be used, it simply means the discount will only apply to eligible items in your cart.
Example
If your cart contains a bundle offer and a regular full-priced T-shirt, your Reward discount won't apply to the bundle, but it will apply to the eligible T-shirt.
Similarly, products such as Gift Cards, Shipping Protection and Free Gifts are excluded from Reward discounts.

Is there a minimum spend?
Yes.
A minimum spend of $50 applies when redeeming Reward Points.
The maximum reward that can be redeemed in a single transaction is 500 points ($50).

Product Exclusions
Reward discounts can be redeemed on products within our All Products collection.
Some exclusions apply, including:
- Gift Cards
- Shipping Protection
- Free Gifts
- Any other excluded promotional products
Can I use Reward Points on sale items?
Reward discounts are designed to combine with eligible promotions where available.
Please note that some sale events and promotional offers may not be eligible for Reward Point redemption. Where this applies, you'll be notified at checkout.
Good to Know
- Reward Points are converted into a product discount.
- Reward discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Reward Points are only available once your order has been fulfilled.
- You can check your available rewards at any time by logging into your Rewards Dashboard
