Change of Mind Returns 

If you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or simply decided your purchase isn't right for you, your return options are: 

Within 7 days of delivery: 

  • Refund*
  • FREE Instant Exchange 
  • 25% Bonus Store Credit 

Between 8 - 14 days of delivery: 

  • FREE Instant Exchange 
  • 25% Bonus Store Credit 

* Return shipping and handling fees apply to refunds. Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds.



Your Consumer Rights 

Nothing in our Returns Policy affcts your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

If your item is: 

  • Faulty 
  • Damaged upon arrival 
  • Incorrectly supplied
  • Not as described

Please contact our Customer Care team with a description and photograph, we'll work with you to provide the approrpiate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumter Law. 

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, or refund.
