All standard refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Afterpay Plans Not Finalised:

If your Afterpay plan is still active, the refund will be applied to the remaining instalments, starting from the final instalments in reverse. Please note that no refund will be issued if there are outstanding instalments.

Paid in Full:

If your Afterpay plan has been paid in full, the refund will be processed by Afterpay within 2–5 business days.

We recommend logging into your Afterpay account to view the final plan adjustments. Please note that any interest paid towards instalments is non-refundable.
