To be eligible for a return, your return must: 

• Be lodged through our Returns Portal within the applicable return periods 
• Be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. 
• Have all original tags attached 
• Be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume and pet hair. 
• Be returned in it's original packaging, where applicable. 

Return Timeframes

Refunds: 

Eligible refund requests must be lodged within 7 days for delivery. 

Please note: 

• Return shipping and handling fees apply
• Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Eligible returns lodged within 14 days of delivery for: 

• FREE Instant Exchange (where available)

Original Packaging

Where possible, please return your item in its original packaging. 

If the original packaging is unavailable, don't worry - we'll still assess your return provided the item is returned in its original condition with all tags attached.
