If you’re experiencing problems with your return label, it may be due to the original shipping address not being validated. You can follow these steps to resolve it:

1. Update Your Address

Go to the Return Status Page and select ‘Update Address’.

2. Check the Following Details

  • Suburb/City: Enter the suburb instead of the city, and ensure it matches the provided postcode.

  • Spelling: Double-check for any spelling errors.

  • Address Line 1: Include only the unit number, street number, and street name.

  • Address Line 2: Add any applicable parcel locker, PO Box, or business name.
