Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow 1–2 business days for it to be processed.

Depending on the return option you've selected:

• Refunds: Once processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Instant Exchanges: Your replacement order will be processed and dispatched as soon as your return has been approved.
• 25% Bonus Store Credit: Your Bonus Store Credit will be emailed to you once your return has been processed.

During Sale & Promotional Periods

During major sales and promotional events, we're likely to receive a significantly higher volume of returns than usual.

As a result, processing times can take a little longer than our standard 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience and will process your return as quickly as possible.

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed, so there's no need to contact us for an update unless your return has been with us longer than the estimated processing time.
