Return to SenderUpdated 4 days ago

If your order is returned to sender, it is usually due to issues such as mail forwarding, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or damage to the shipping label that makes the parcel undeliverable.

Once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse, our team will contact you to confirm whether you would prefer a refund or for the order to be re-sent.

If you notice that your order is being returned to sender before it reaches our warehouse, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number as soon as possible so we can assist.
