Whether you're shopping from Australia or overseas, we offer a range of shipping options to get your ORTC order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia.
Below you'll find our available shipping services, estimated delivery timeframes and the couriers we use for each destination.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched. They don't include our order processing times.
Australia
Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Australia Post Standard
- $6 AUD flat rate
- FREE on orders over $150 AUD
- Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch
Australia Post Express
- $12 AUD flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
New Zealand
New Zealand orders are shipped using one of the following services, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
NZ Standard orders are shipped via Australia Post International. Once your parcel arrives in New Zealand and clears customs, it will be handed over to NZ Post for final delivery.
NZ Express orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express.
UPS Express is also available as an additional express service.
You can continue using the same tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email across courier websites throughout your parcel's journey.
NZ Standard
- $10 USD flat rate
- FREE on orders over $150 AUD
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch
NZ Express
- $15 USD flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
UPS Express
- $20 USD flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
United States
United States orders are shipped using one of the following services, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
US Standard orders are shipped via Australia Post International. Once your parcel arrives in the United States and clears customs, it will be handed over to USPS for final delivery.
US Express orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express.
UPS Express may also be available for selected destinations and shipping options.
You can continue using the same tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email throughout your parcel's journey.
