Shipping Protection is an optional service designed to protect your order while it's in transit, providing cover for eligible parcels that are lost or damaged during delivery.

We offer Navidium Shipping Protection, starting from $2.99. You can choose to add or remove this option during checkout.



Is Shipping Protection Mandatory?

No. Shipping Protection is completely optional and can be removed from your cart before completing your purchase.



What Does Shipping Protection Cover?

Where eligible, Shipping Protection provides cover for parcels that are:

  • Lost in transit.
  • Damaged during transit.

If you experience an issue with a protected order, our Customer Care team will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.



What Happens If I Don't Purchase Shipping Protection?

If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, we'll still do our best to assist if your parcel is delayed or encounters an issue during transit.

However, orders without Shipping Protection aren't covered for loss or damage in transit, and we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund where a parcel has been confirmed as lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
