Once your return has arrived at our warehouse in Adelaide, it will be processed within 24-48 hours. You will be notified via email when your exchange is on it's way to you, or when your refund/store credit has been processed.

Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for your exchange to be processed during sale periods.
