If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, don’t stress — delays can happen while your order is moving between facilities or clearing customs.
For domestic (Australian) orders:
Tracking updates with Australia Post can sometimes pause while your parcel is in transit between sorting facilities or across states. If there’s been no movement for over 48 hours, feel free to reach out via live chat or our contact page, and we’ll follow up with Australia Post for you.
For international orders:
Tracking can temporarily stop while your parcel is processed through customs or handed over to a local courier (like USPS in the US). International orders shipped with DHL may also show limited updates during transit.
