When does the sale start?
Our Sale Officially kicks off Wednesday the 19th at 7pm ACST. ACST (Australian Central Standard Time): 7pm. AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time): 7.30pm. AWST (Australian Western Standard Time): 5.30pm
Can I use a discount code or my reward points?
Unfortunately not!. As per our usual policy, we don’t allow discount stacking. Hold onto those codes and points — they’re perfect for full-price goodies!. While you can’t use rewards during the Black Friday Sale, you will still earn points on purchas
What is the exchange policy during the sale?
If the fit isn’t quite right or you’ve had a change of mind, that’s totally okay, you have 60 days to return your item for a store credit or exchange. Please note that during the this period, we won’t be accepting returns for refunds.
Is the exchange period longer?
Getting sorted for Christmas already? We’ve extended our exchange window to 60 days to make gifting even easier!
What is the Black Friday discount?
The discount will be automatically applied at checkout so you can shop as quickly and easily as possible. For the first hour, everything will be at least 35% off. After this, discounts will range from 35% to 70% off storewide!
How do I know if I'm part of the first 50 orders?
On Thursday morning, our team will follow up with the lucky first 50 customers. They’ll receive a message from Charlie confirming their refund!
Is there a spending limit for the first 50 customers?
There’s no limit and no minimum spend, so go ahead and get shopping!
