At ORTC, we are committed to ethical practices and environmental responsibility.

We work closely with around ten trusted suppliers in China, all holding Smeta Certification. To ensure the highest quality standards, we have personally visited their facilities and observed their rigorous practices firsthand.

Our Sustainability Practices

• Natural materials: Prioritise cotton and linen in our products

• Recycled fabrics: Use recycled polyester for swimwear, activewear, and sherpa fleece

• Eco-friendly packaging: Ship orders in biodegradable materials and mailing satchels

• Responsible garment management: Partner with UPPARREL to responsibly manage old samples and damaged garments

• Carbon offsetting: Offset all outbound carbon emissions through the Shopify Planet Program
