You can update your order — including changing the shipping address or items — within 1 hour of placing it.

To make changes, use the link on your order status page. From there, you can:

• Update your shipping address

• Adjust item quantities or sizes

• Cancel your order (before packing begins)

After 1 hour, orders move into processing and can no longer be edited.

If your order has already been dispatched:

• Address changes: Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

• Order changes: Wait for your parcel to arrive, then submit a return via our Returns Portal.
