Only select items are available for pre-order, and this will be clearly noted in the product description. Pre-order items are processed and paid for like a regular order, but they will not be dispatched until after the estimated delivery date listed on the product page.

Please note that all pre-order dates are estimates. While ORTC does its best to meet these timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by freight delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders that include both pre-order and in-stock items will be held and shipped together once all items are available. If customers would prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, they can contact the team at [email protected] to arrange a split shipment.
