How long does it take for my order to be ready for pickup?

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 4-8 business hours, but this may vary based on availability and could be subject to delays during sales or high-demand periods such as our Black Friday Sale. You'll receive a notification via Email or SMS

Where do I collect my order?

Orders can be collected from our Edwardstown Warehouse located at 3/938 South Road, Edwardstown, SA 5039. Entry to the complex via South Road or via Angus Avenue. Please park in the ORTC spaces provided.

How long are orders kept for collection?

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 14 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 14 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund. Please allow 3-5 business days the refund to show in your account.

I’ve collected my order but it’s not what I was after. Can I return my items?

We do not offer exchanges for Click and Collect orders at our warehouse. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return it via our Returns Portal and opt for store credit or a refund and repurchase the item. If you return your item back to our ware

Is there a charge for Click & Collect?

No. Click & Collect is a complimentary service.
