Orders are typically ready for pickup within 4–8 business hours, though this may vary depending on item availability and busy periods, such as sale events. Our warehouse team operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. You’ll receive a notification

Orders can be collected from our Edwardstown Warehouse:3/938 South Road, Edwardstown SA 5039. Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Entry is available via South Road or Angus Avenue. Please park in the ORTC designated space. Please note
Holding Period
Click & Collect orders will be held for 14 days from the date your order is placed. If you need more time, please let us know — we may be able to extend this period. After 14 days, uncollected orders will be cancelled.
Returning or Exchanging Click & Collect Orders
Returns are not available at the Edwardstown warehouse. If you need to return an item, please use our Returns Portal. Items dropped off directly at the Edwardstown warehouse will be queued and processed later; they cannot be handled immediately. Exch
