You can update your order — including changing the shipping address or items — within 1 hour of placing it.
To make changes, just use the link on your order status page.
If it’s been more than an hour, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but please note:
Once your order moves into processing or has been packed for dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.
If your order has already been shipped, no worries — you’re still welcome to request a return through our Returns Portal.
