If you wish to return or exchange an item in store, please ensure you have a receipt or an order number if the item was purchased online. To complete an exchange, any eligible purchase will be refunded onto an ortc Clothing Co gift card which will be

How do I lodge a return online?

Please visit our Returns Portal and follow the step-by-step instructions to initiate your item's return. To complete this process, you'll need your order number and the email address associated with the order.

How long do I have to return?

You have 30 days from when your order was purchased online or instore to lodge a return or exchange.

Clearance Products

Items from our clearance section are not available for a refund or exchange. Reward points cannot be redeemed on the purchase of clearance items.

When will my return be processed?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse in Adelaide, it will be processed within 24-48 hours. You will be notified via email when your exchange is on it's way to you, or when your refund/store credit has been processed.Please allow up to 5 - 7

Can I return a gift card?

No, unfortunately we do not offer returns on gift cards.

Where can I find my return label?

Your return label will be sent to your email once you've initiated your return online. If you encounter any issues with generating your return label, please don't hesitate to contact us via live chat or at [email protected]

Can I exchange a gift?

Yes you can exchange a gift! You can do so in-store with a gift receipt, or online by following the prompts on our Returns Portal.

Why did my exchange go out of stock?

Exchange requests are not confirmed until the return is processed. If an item is out of stock at the time your exchange has been processed, a refund will be issued to you.

Can I return an item without its original packaging?

We will accept items for return without the product bag, however, all tags must remain attached, and items need to be deemed in new unused conditions. Customers can reuse their ortc satchel to return their items. Be sure to cover the original shippin

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international orders due to the complexities and costs involved in cross-border shipping and logistics. The handling fee is for the return label and covers the cost of shipping as well, so you will not
